and said,“Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.” 말하되 사람마다 먼저 좋은 포도주를 내고 취한 후에 낮은 것을 내거늘 그대는 지금까지 좋은 포도주를 두었도다 하니라
This, the first of his miraculous signs, Jesus performed at Cana in Galilee. He thus revealed his glory, and his disciples put their faith in him. 예수께서 이 처음 표적을 갈릴리 가나에서 행하여 그 영광을 나타내시매 제자들이 그를 믿으니라

the best wine으로 쓸 수는 있지만 the best one으로는 쓸 수 없다.
one은 명사의 대용을 하는 prop word(지주어(支柱語)로서
(앞에 나온 사물을 가리켜서)'그것과 같은 것(사람). 그것',
(한정사를 수반하여 독립으로)‘사람, 자(者)’를 뜻한다.
1) 물질명사, 추상 명사 대신 one을 쓸 수 없다(* one을 없앨 것).
